Six months after launching new channels, Simon Pearce saw significant efficiency gains, maintaining revenue in a challenging period for e-commerce by reaching higher value customers. Key improvements included a 17% YoY conversion rate increase, 25% MoM revenue increase to $3,286,467, 9% YoY PROAS increase to 3.46, 17% YoY conversion rate increase to 2.91%, and 13% YoY average order value increase to $304.
